Lacking clarity about your next steps, feeling confused, anxious, stuck… 🤯
There is strength in stillness 🙄
If you’re feeling like you should be doing something, taking action, being productive, but you’re lacking clarity about your next steps, you’re confused, over thinking, feeling unsure, stuck, lacking clarity, full of self doubt and anxiety… it’s OK, it’s where you’re meant to be… just breathe, take a step back, be present, withdraw from the situation and relax… there’s no rush… release the pressure you’re putting on yourself… and the pressure others may be putting on you… sometimes resting is the most productive thing we can do…
If you’re too much in your head, caught up in a mental tornado, you’re likely ungrounded and unbalanced in your energy… too much energy in your head space and not enough in your lower body… you may feel lightheaded with brain fog… here’s a helpful tip… go outside and walk barefoot on the grass, or lean against a tree, breathe slowly and deeply, even a few minutes of earthing will ground and relax your body… the human body is a conductor and transmuter of energy which flows in through the top of the head, at the crown chakra, from the universe, down through the body, through the legs and feet into the earth, and back again, as a flowing loop… it’s to do with discharging negative ions and absorbing positive ions from the earth… rubber soled shoes interrupt this natural flow 👟… whenever I sit in the garden even for 5 minutes, I take my shoes and socks off and sit barefoot for a while to rebalance and reenergise… for best results lie on the grass… there are videos on YouTube about the health benefits of Earthing…
We all have a masculine and feminine polarity within our energy body, the masculine is the giver, the doer, takes action, and the feminine is the receiver, the stillness, the being… we move in and out of these polarities all the time… we move through times of action and then into times of rest… it’s a natural process… we’re not designed to be robots as the Matrix controllers would have us believe 🤬
We can be more productive in the long term by allowing ourself rest time…it’s likely our nervous system needs time to recalibrate following a period of over doing, over giving, trauma and stress... nothing positive can come out of forcing things to happen… allow yourself to move into relax mode… it’s in the stillness when we go inward, we find our own answers, we connect with our higher self and spirit team… it’s where the ideas come, the downloads, the inspiration for the next step… depending on how much rest we need, our higher self may hold us in what I call a sacred pause… this will take as long as it needs to take, days or even weeks… surrender to it… think of the monks who spend years meditating 🫣 and grow in wisdom 😳
Remember What is for you will not pass you by, but patience is called for… the journey is just as important as the destination… there is no need to rush the process, this is a time of self discovery, a time to reflect, heal and become the best version of yourself… a time to connect with your true essence, a time of soul growth… a time to be present and not dwell on past mistakes, and when you feel ready to move forward you can do so from a place of feeling calm, aligned, reenergised and balanced… with a higher vibration, where you can respond to and not react to the demands of others…
If others are making demands or putting pressure on you, put up some healthy boundaries and calmly tell people no, not now, when I’m ready… in the long run, what’s good for you, is also good for those around you, and if others don’t respect your need for space, they’re not worthy of your time, energy or a place in your life…
The nervous system wants to feel safe… the soul wants the truth…
Stillness is strength…
